Cancellation

Subscriptions do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel for future periods. Your access continues until the expiry date shown on your Subscription page.

Refunds

  • If you were charged but premium access was not activated, contact support with your transaction ID; we will verify the payment with the gateway and either activate access or refund the amount.
  • Duplicate payments for the same order are refunded after verification.

How refunds are processed
