This policy explains what information UniGo collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address and (optionally) phone number and institution.
  • Learning activity: practice answers, mock test attempts, results and progress statistics.
  • Payment records: plan, amount, status and the payment gateway's transaction reference. We never receive or store your card number or mobile-banking PIN; those are handled by the payment gateway.
  • Technical data needed to keep the service secure, such as session cookies and basic request logs.

How we use information

  • To provide your account, practice sessions, mock tests and study materials.
  • To verify payments and manage your subscription.
  • To show leaderboards using only your chosen display name (never your email).
  • To respond to support requests and send service announcements.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is processed by our service providers (Google Firebase for authentication, database and storage, and the payment gateway for payments) only to operate UniGo.

Retention and your choices

You can update your profile at any time and hide yourself from the leaderboard. To request deletion of your account, contact support. [OWNER_CONFIRM: retention period for payment records]
